Job summary

ConMet Plastics in Chillicothe, OH is seeking a hands-on Materials/Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and material handling aligned to production needs. You will maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and FIFO, coordinate freight and packaging, and drive cost efficiency.

You will develop a safe, productive team and collaborate with Production and Purchasing to ensure materials readiness.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of materials/warehouse/logistics experience in manufacturing.
• Leadership or supervisory background preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to lead teams in a high-velocity manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities
