Job summary

Clark’s Litho in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping/Local Delivery Associate to support daily warehouse operations and ensure on-time delivery of products. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience (print shop a plus), can prep and package shipments, and use UPS/FedEx systems.

A valid driver's license and ability to perform local deliveries around the DMV are required. Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Clark’s Litho, a commercial printer, seeks aWarehouse/Shipping/Local Delivery Associatefor our Chantilly, VA location. Selected candidate should have previous warehouse experience, preferably in a print shop environment, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Help oversee and manage warehouse operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products
• Ability to prep and securely package all shipments
• Utilize UPS, FedEx systems and work with Freight Vendors for domestic and international shipments
• Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space
• Create delivery labels/tickets and make local deliveries and pickups around the DMV, valid Driver’s License required

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations
• Proficient in using shipping software – UPS, FedEx, FileMaker Pro
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal management, suppliers and vendors
• Flexibility for working in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and managing priorities
• Experience with warehouse equipment
