Job summary

Command Companies is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Secaucus, NJ to support packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation for orders. The role requires experience in a warehouse or distribution setting, familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping software, and RF scanner/WMS proficiency.

• Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or distribution environment.
• Hands-on experience using UPS and/or FedEx shipping software — or similar platforms
• RF scanner and warehouse management system (WMS) experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Package and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging integrity and labeling on every order
• Print and apply shipping labels using UPS and FedEx shipping software
• Verify orders for accuracy and completeness before shipment — quantity, labeling, and documentation must all be correct
• Receive and check in incoming inventory against purchase orders and packing slips
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move product and materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Complete shipping documentation accurately including bills of lading and packing slips
