Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment.

Warehouse Shipping Clerk - Summary

• Responsible for the accurate picking, packing, labeling, and shipping of customer orders

Duties & Responsibilities

• Pick products according to customer orders and shipping documentation
• Verify item quantities, part numbers, and product condition prior to packing
• Pack and label shipments in accordance with company and customer requirements
• Prepare outbound shipments for carrier pickup and delivery
• Process shipping documentation and maintain accurate records within warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure quality and order accuracy
• Maintain organized inventory and staging areas to support efficient order fulfillment
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations
• Support receiving operations by unloading, inspecting, and stocking incoming inventory as needed
• Follow established warehouse safety procedures and keep the work environment clean and organized
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to meet daily productivity targets
• Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned
