Job summary

IPCMobile is seeking a Warehouse & Shipping Associate to maintain inventory accuracy and process orders for shipment in Irvine, CA. The role is full-time with standard hours, offering comprehensive benefits from day one.

You will receive products, process returns, pick/pack orders, and coordinate with multiple carriers while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The environment values reliability, organization, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with physical work, including bending and lifting boxes (up to 50 lbs).
• Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Basic computer skills (using apps, PC, email)

Responsibilities

• Receive products, check for damage, and enter into inventory
• Process customer returns (RMAs)
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Double-check orders for accuracy before shipping
• Create shipping labels, confirm shipments, and share tracking details with Sales
• Coordinate with UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and other carriers for pickups
• Assist warehouse and production teammates as needed
• Follow standard operating procedures and keep a clean, safe workspace

ICPMobile is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Shipping Associate to help keep our products moving. This is a stable, full-time role with consistent hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) and excellent benefits from day one.
