IPCMobile in Irvine, CA is seeking a reliable Warehouse & Shipping Associate to maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with excellent benefits from day one.

Responsibilities include receiving products, processing RMAs, packing and shipping orders, and generating tracking details for Sales. Local candidates preferred; background check and drug test apply.

Responsibilities

• Receive products, check for damage, and enter into inventory.
• Process customer returns (RMAs).
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Double-check orders for accuracy before shipping.
• Create shipping labels, confirm shipments, and share tracking details with Sales.
