A Day in the Life

As a Warehouse Clerk III, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that life-saving medical devices reach the people who need them. This warehouse professional supports inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and continuous improvement in a regulated environment where quality and safety are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties; may work out of a central warehouse.
  • Uses computer system for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting.
  • Follows shipping practices and procedures, and transportation routing, schedules and requirements.
  • Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment.
  • (un)packs or (un)wraps items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc.
  • Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications; logs receipt of items on system, processes freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents; reports materials shipped and bills of lading; posts weight and shipping charges and routes merchandise to destinations.

The schedule for this position is 2nd shift: Monday - Friday 2pm - 10:30pm ($1.50 differential)

Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $23.25.

Nice to Haves:

  • Relevant warehouse, logistics, cycle counting, shipping and receiving or inventory control experience.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Basic computer proficiency , including experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods

Must Have: Required Qualifications:

  • Requires broad knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through prior work experience and/or education.
  • Requires minimum of 4 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.
  • May require vocational training and/or certification.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$45,200.00 - $67,800.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others)
