We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join a collaborative team supporting an important application migration initiative.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in setting up organizations and user credentials for a new platform. If you're a fast typist with great organizational skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! What You'll Be Doing: Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and speed (>40 WPM required).
Assisting in the manual setup of organizations and user profiles during an application migration project.
Supporting end-users by setting up organization and user credentials.
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth transitions for clients to a new application system.
Working shifts aligned with project needs: options include 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST).
What You Bring to the Table: Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing skills (>40 WPM).
Language Skills: Excellent command of English (bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Communication Skills: Exceptional customer service abilities, including the confidence to work with end-users directly.
Experience: Any prior helpdesk or Tier 1 triage experience is a bonus but not required.

About the Project:
You'll join a dedicated team supporting a major migration from an old system to a new platform. While much of the data transfer is automated, your role will involve handling manual tasks to ensure a smooth transition for clients such as doctors and nurses.
