Job summary

Ventek Solutions in Findlay, OH is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support production by loading/unloading trailers, replenishing materials, and maintaining organized storage. You will operate forklifts, scan items, and ensure accurate shipping logs while adhering to safety procedures.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. The shift runs Monday–Friday from 6:45 am to 3:15 pm with a modest shift premium for later

Qualifications

• Safety is a priority and you’ll be expected to maintain a safe work environment.
• Candidates should have experience as forklift operator or material handler in manufacturing/distribution.
• Must demonstrate a “get it done” attitude and urgency to resolve tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Reliability, initiative, commitment, and quality focus are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting and perform repetitive duties.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload semi-trailers.
• Replenish materials to production lines.
• Maintain clean, orderly warehouse storage per procedures.
• Use handheld scanners to create BOLs.
• Send ASN transmissions and manage shipping docs.
• Inspect lift equipment for safety and maintenance needs.
• Move materials on production floor with pallet jacks.
• Report safety hazards to supervisor.
• Attend daily meetings and safety trainings with input.
