Job summary

Rust-Oleum in Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely receive, store, pack, label, and ship materials. You will operate forklifts/pallet jacks, maintain accurate records, and help ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries.

The role requires no formal education and offers on-site work with benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match. You may cross-train on other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with forklift preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move materials.
• Pack, label, and stage goods for shipment.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and BOL.
• Load outbound freight safely.
• Perform inventory procedures and cycle counts.
• Cross-train on production functions as needed.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety rules and procedures.
