Job summary

Ventek Solutions is seeking a dedicated forklift operator/material handler for our Findlay, OH facility. The role supports packaging production, loading/unloading, material replenishment, and warehouse organization on a 2nd shift (2:45pm–11:15pm) with a $22.23–$25.32 hourly pay range and a $0.75 shift premium for 2nd/3rd shifts.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to FIFO practices while interacting with drivers and the shipping team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload semi-trailers
• Replenish production lines with materials
• Maintain clean and orderly storage per procedures
• Use handheld scanners to create BOLs and ASN transmissions
• Inspect lift equipment at shift start for safety and maintenance
• Move materials on the production floor using pallet jacks
• Notify supervisor of safety hazards and incidents
• Attend daily meetings and safety trainings, contribute ideas
• Operate powered industrial vehicles safely for loading and unloading
• Organize warehouse with FIFO to maximize space
• Read and follow shipping, receiving, and quality instructions
• Fill out shipping/receiving logs and interact with truck drivers
• Collaborate with shipping team and supervisors during vacations
• Support team coverage across shifts
