Job summary

Ventek Solutions is seeking a Shipper/Receiver I to safely operate a forklift while supporting shipping, receiving, warehouse organization, and production needs. The role loads/unloads trucks, stages finished goods, and maintains clean, organized warehouses to keep production running smoothly.

Third shift hours in Tullahoma, TN are 11:25 PM to 7:40 AM. Candidates should be dependable, safety-focused, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Training is available for forklift experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred but training is available.
• Dependable, safety-focused, able to lift up to 50 lbs., and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks.
• Operate banding equipment for finished goods.
• Supply production lines with shipping and packaging materials.
• Stage finished goods and support customer expedites.
• Maintain warehouse organization and housekeeping.
• Complete daily forklift inspections.
• Support production with breaks and other operational requests.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
