Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Establishes and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides leadership and cultivates positive relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures and with department, station, corporate, and local regulations.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
