Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to run the warehouse floor in Williamsport, PA. You will lead a team of associates, manage inbound and outbound shipments, and coordinate cross-dock and yard operations to meet customer needs.

You will drive safety, accuracy, and efficiency by coaching staff, enforcing SOPs, and partnering with management on performance improvements. This hands-on leadership role demands clear communication and a focus on Lean principles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in warehouse or distribution.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• WMS experience and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse, shipping, and receiving on assigned shifts.
• Oversee inbound/outbound/cross-dock operations to meet delivery needs.
• Plan shipping schedules and dock capacity; manage trailer flow.
• Coordinate freight routing and carrier relationships.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates.
• Conduct shift-start meetings and enforce SOPs and safety policies.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, attendance, and safety.
