Job summary

Relogistics, part of the pallet management family, is hiring a Shift Lead in New Braunfels, TX. You’ll lead a small team during Thursday–Sunday shifts, ensuring productivity and safety while aligning with on-site management and HR policies.

The role requires some supervisory experience, a HS diploma or GED, and a forklift certification or willingness to obtain one. Competitive pay and benefits are offered to eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules to best serve the local customers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements on proper forms and manage employee relations with OSM guidance.
• Load/unload materials, check load security, and perform daily equipment checks.
• Verify product conformance to quality standards and perform basic data entry.

Overview

As a Shift Lead, you’ll help ensure your team of co-workers are maximizing their overall productivity during each shift, while adhering to the highestsafety standards.

Hourly Pay:

$20.50/hr

Shift(s):

Shift: Thursday - Sunday 3:30am - 2:30pm

What You'll Do

• Work with the On-Site Manager as he/she to sets shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s)
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed
• Order and maintain suppliesand arrange for office equipment maintenance
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed
• Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms
• Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM

• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility
• Check to make sure loads are secure
• Ensure that all daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment are being performed
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standard
• Perform basic financial data entry
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate

• Forklift operators are required to sit for long periods of time
• The noise level in the work environment is dependent on location
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection is mandatory at several locations, safety shoes)
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include, close vision, distance vision and color vision
• May be required to lift pallets by hand, each weighing between 50 lbs. to 75 lbs.
