Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule shifts/operating hours with the On-Site Manager.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure compliance with Safety and HR policies.
• Order and maintain supplies; coordinate equipment maintenance.
• Assist forklift driver duties as needed.
• Maintain timely, legible records of movements and verify loads.
