Job summary

Sofidel S.p.A. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to direct warehouse personnel in the absence of the Warehouse Shift Supervisor at the Las Vegas Blvd facility.

The role emphasizes daily dock and warehouse oversight, safety, and routine issue resolution to maintain workflow and quality standards. Key duties include coordinating with Shipping and Planning, ensuring inventory accuracy, and guiding forklift operations while adhering to OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or high school diploma plus 2 years related experience or training.
• Experience maintaining safe, sanitary, and compliant warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse activities in the absence of the shift supervisor.
• Monitor dock and warehouse activity and address routine personnel issues.
• Communicate with Shipping, Customer Service, and Planners to maintain inventory levels and storage.
• Provide forklift training as required and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Assign drivers and lift operators to loads and maintain dock flow.
• Support safety procedures and PPE usage in the plant environment.
