Sofidel S.p.A. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to direct warehouse personnel in the absence of the Warehouse Shift Supervisor at the Las Vegas Blvd facility.
The role emphasizes daily dock and warehouse oversight, safety, and routine issue resolution to maintain workflow and quality standards. Key duties include coordinating with Shipping and Planning, ensuring inventory accuracy, and guiding forklift operations while adhering to OSHA requirements.

This will include the daily monitoring of the dock and warehouse activity and routine personnel issues. Continuously supports Sofidel’s Employee Personal Practice Policy. This position is non-exempt.

Associates Degree or High School Diploma with minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Use of the Forklift, yard dog, bar code scanners, computer and peripherals, standard and customized software applications and tools, and usual office equipment. Proficiency with Excel and Exposure to SAP or other MRP system preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, shipping/warehouse and inventory requirements, operating and maintenance instructions, and quality and procedure manuals. Communication skills are essential.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Vision (Near, Distance, Color, Peripheral, Depth Perception)
Sense of Sound (within normal range) and touch
Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required when in the plant and warehouse areas. PPE will include safety shoes, eye and ear protection, reflective vests and hairnets or hats along with any other necessary protection. Temperatures in the plant/warehouse can range a great deal from season to season. The employee will be exposed to considerable paper dust and employees will also be exposed to noise levels that will require hearing protection.
