Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to support a fast-paced, project-based assignment at our Kansas City client site. You will supervise the shift, train associates on project processes, and report attendance and progress to site leadership.

Effective candidates have 1-3 years in warehouse leadership, high school diploma, and strong English skills; Spanish is a plus. This 8-12 week role offers weekly pay, potential OT, and benefits from day one.

Qualificações

• Ability to work in a warehouse with varying temperatures.
• English reading/writing required; Spanish skills preferred.

We’re looking for Warehouse Supervisors to work at our client location,

This will bea fast paced, fun environment, managing a project within the warehouse. Our client is an industry leader within the e-commerce space.

This is a project assignment that will last approximately 8-12 weeks.

Location: Kansas City, MO

Shifts: Variable

Pay rate: $24.50-$27.50

About the Role:

The Warehouse Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising the associates working on this specific project. Provide training and support to the associates on their shift. Report out to the site leadership team with updates on attendance, project progress and escalated any concerns or issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train associates on the expected processes for the project work.
• Supervise associates working on shift.
• Track daily attendance and report out to leadership team.
• Provide daily reporting for project progress, as well as safety and quality items.

Key Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of work experience in a warehouse environment including experience as a Lead or Supervisor.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Requires working in warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Must be able to adhere to attendance policies and requirements.
• Ability to speak/read in English
• Fluency in Spanish highly preferred
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, in words and actions.
• Attention to detail with focus on accuracy.
• Customer service oriented.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TEAMS.
