Job summary

Encore Boston Harbor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure values and standards are followed, and drive department performance. The role includes managing inventory, coordinating with other departments, and supporting hiring and training initiatives.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in warehouse/receiving, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required or preferred depending on role.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse and receiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Encore Boston Harbor core values and department standards are implemented and applied.
• Supervise daily activities to maintain department performance and adherence to policies; records and reports.
• Manage inventory and maintain integrity of inventory; coordinate monthly inventories and reporting.
• Monitor all activities to ensure compliance with policies, laws, and safety standards.
• Organize meetings and communication within the department and with other departments.

Education
