Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking a motivated Warehouse Lead for loading and unloading operations in a fast-paced distribution center. You will lead teams, ensure safe freight movement, and track productivity to meet daily goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to train and develop staff in a high-energy environment. Competitive hourly pay and full-time hours offered.

Qualifications

• Previous lead or supervisor experience preferred.
• Experience in loading, unloading, freight handling, or distribution operations.
• Familiarity with conveyor systems and handheld scanners is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Monitor conveyor systems to ensure safe and efficient freight movement.
• Ensure accurate scanning and tracking of freight throughout the process.
• Assign work and manage labor to meet production goals.
• Enforce safety standards and company policies.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
• Track productivity, attendance, and operational performance.
• Communicate daily goals and performance expectations.
• Identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency.
• Maintain professional communication with facility leadership and management.

Schedule: Full-Time

Shift Options: Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday

Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
