Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking a Warehouse Lead for loading and unloading operations in a fast-paced distribution center. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership to drive productivity, train staff, and maintain safety standards.

The position offers full-time hours, with options including Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday shifts, and 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. Starting pay is $19/hour, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a lead or supervisor preferred.
• Experience in loading, unloading, freight handling, or distribution operations.
• Familiarity with conveyor systems and handheld scanners is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
