A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Services Coordinator
Position type: Full-time Contract
Duration: 6 months
Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN
As a Warehouse Services Coordinator, you will:

• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Scan material information into Excel documents.
• Strap materials to skids, shrink-wrap, and label shipments.
• Operate picker lifts and pallet reach trucks.
• Assist with warehouse organization and material handling activities.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel (scanning documents into spreadsheets)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Inventory knowledge
• Forklift certification

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $22 - $25 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
