Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Store Warehouse Associate to support the warehouse and service department by handling shipping, receiving, inventory management, and general maintenance. You will verify shipments, organize stock, pick and pack orders, and keep a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs (team lift up to 100 lbs) and following all safety procedures. Prior experience in warehouse or automotive settings is preferred, with a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and team lift up to 100 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or automotive settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory through regular stock checks and discrepancy reporting.
• Assist store operations by supporting sales personnel with product carry-outs.
