This position supports Ryder's Continuous Improvement culture by actively applying CI methods to support operations. The Engineer will identify and drive change through data-driven CI, Engineering, and Automation efforts to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The role involves leveraging data analytics, engineering methodologies, and lean tools to identify root causes and eliminate issues. It requires interfacing with employees at all levels and functions, reporting to the Lead Engineer, CI Manager, or Sr. CI Manager, and aligning closely with Operations Management.

Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000, with potential bonuses and incentives.
