This position supports Ryder’s Continuous Improvement culture by applying CI methods to enhance operations. The Engineer identifies and drives change through data-driven CI, Engineering, and Automation efforts to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost, leveraging data analytics, engineering methodologies, and lean tools. The role involves interfacing with employees at all levels and reports to the Lead Engineer or CI Manager, closely aligned with Operations Management.

Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000, based on experience and other factors. May include bonuses or incentives.
