This position supports Ryder's Continuous Improvement culture by applying continuous improvement methods to enhance operations. The Engineer will identify and drive change through data-driven CI, Engineering, and Automation efforts to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The role involves leveraging data analytics, engineering methodologies, and lean tools to identify and eliminate root causes. The position reports to the Lead Engineer, CI Manager, or Sr. CI Manager, and works closely with Operations Management.

Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000. Factors influencing salary include experience, education, location, and market data. May include bonuses or incentives.
