Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is hiring for an Order Selector in Spokane Valley, WA to pick and move products for customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse. You’ll operate pallet jacks and forklifts, work across temperature zones, and ensure accuracy in every pick.

The role demands physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and attention to detail, with training and certification offered for equipment as needed. Full-time schedules with morning shifts are provided.

Qualifications

• Pick and build customer orders quickly and accurately.
• Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pick and build customer orders quickly and accurately to meet delivery schedules.
• Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required).
• Work in refrigerated, freezer, and dry warehouse zones.
• Verify products for quality, accuracy, and correct quantities.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in line with company standards.
