Job summary

Vistar in Fontana, CA is hiring for a full-time Warehouse Associate to prepare, pick, and palletize customer orders in a multi-temperature facility. You will operate pallet jacks and possibly forklifts, maintain safety protocols, and ensure timely shipment of orders.

Starting pay ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, with a $1 shift differential and up to $2 freezer differential, plus incentive pay. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday; shifts start at 12:00pm or 3:00pm depending on the day.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products weighing 10-90 pounds during shift.
• Ability to work in cooler, freezer and dry multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from multi-level rack systems.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and operate along racks to locate products.
• Transport completed palletized orders to shipping dock and prepare for shipment.
