Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Selector to operate reach trucks and pallet jacks across Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, and Freezer areas. You will select, load, and move products, document verification, and ensure accurate inventory flow.

Training initial pay is plus incentives after onboarding. Great benefits begin after 60 days. The role requires 18+, 1 year warehouse experience (preferred), and ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year of distribution warehouse experience preferred, including reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for safety and task instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, sort, and stack product.
• Select product and load trucks, move product between dock and warehouse.
• Verify quantity and product condition and review documents.
