Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Specialist I to join our distribution team. You will select products, load trucks, and move items between the dock and warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

You will operate reach trucks and pallet jacks, stack and sort inventory, and maintain clean, safe work areas. Opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to repeatedly lift 50+ pounds.
• Read, write, and understand English to perform tasks safely.
• 1 year of distribution warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks; move between the loading dock and the warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to pull, sort, and stack product.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• May work in Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer areas; follow safety protocols.
