Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Selector) in Boston to move, pick, and ship orders in a fast-paced, multi-temperature warehouse. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required), use handheld scanners and VoCollect headset, and help maintain accuracy and safety.

The role is full-time and on-site, with typical shifts starting at 11:00am and ending 7:30pm; you should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in dry, cooler, and freezer

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working in varying temperatures and environments.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
• Strong reading and math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift).
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
