Job summary

Vistar is seeking a warehouse associate for Sunday–Thursday 2nd shift in Twinsburg, OH. Start times vary by day, with a 3:00 PM Sunday and 4:00 PM Monday–Thursday schedule; end times depend on volume.

The role involves selecting cases, loading pallets, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. Compensation ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, including shifts and freezer/cooler differentials, plus incentive pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 6-12 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift and stack product between 10-35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and other containers to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and operate along assigned multi-level racks to locate products per order sheets.
• Transport completed palletized orders to shipping dock staging area and wrap pallets if required.
• Perform safety checks, wear PPE, and ensure safety devices are functioning properly.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
