Job description

Join to apply for the Warehouse Selector role at Capstone Logistics, LLC.

Location: Springfield, MA

Shift: 5:30pm-Finish | Sunday-Thursday

Compensation: $21.00/hr, paid weekly

Environment: Freezer environment

Overview: Will work locally and, upon project completion, will transition to the CPS travel team. Capstone promotes a high-performance culture emphasizing strong relationships, innovation, results, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Select products using warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, or forklifts, and perform other duties as assigned.
2. Utilize VoCollect, RF scan-guns, or manual ticket reading systems.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience with ride-on electric pallet jacks.
• High-energy, strong work ethic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Flexible schedule and ability to handle administrative tasks and data entry accurately.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, walk throughout the warehouse, and adapt to changing temperatures.
