Job description

Make up to $29 per hour with a $2.00 per hour freezer differential + Performance Incentives

$23.50 per hour starting pay!

Overtime as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Select cases and other containers of food and non-food products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems.
2. Place items on pallets and move completed orders to the loading dock staging area using electric pallet jacks or forklifts.
3. Wrap, label, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
4. Work as part of a team and perform duties assigned to best serve the company.
5. Follow all safety policies and procedures, report unsafe conditions.
6. Review work schedule, prepare supplies, and perform safety checks on equipment.
7. Operate pallet jacks/forklifts, locate products, and manually pick items as per order sheets.
8. Transport palletized orders to shipping, possibly shrink-wrapping pallets.
9. Handle equipment batteries, perform vehicle inspections, and complete paperwork at shift end.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year warehouse/distribution experience with motorized pallet jacks.
• Foodservice distribution experience.
• Motorized pallet jack certification.
