Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday

Start time: 3pm

Shift duration: 8-10 hours, working until completion

Working in the freezer environment is required

Elector make $22.90 per hour plus incentives up to $7 per hour.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Safely and accurately select customer orders, build and wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards.
2. Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate an electric pallet jack safely.
3. Move products from racks to pallets as directed by order selecting software and equipment.
4. Validate correct product selection and ensure damage-free items.
5. Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink wrap palletized orders.
6. Maintain a clean work environment by clearing aisles of debris, stacking empty pallets, and returning pallet jacks to charging areas.

Physical Requirements:

1. Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.
2. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly; moving over 1,000 cases per shift.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to read and communicate in English for training, safety, and reporting purposes.
2. Ability to work 8+ hour night shifts, mainly Sunday through Thursday, with occasional weekends and holidays.
3. Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high-endurance or physically demanding roles preferred.
4. Experience with large-scale order selection in a warehouse/distribution center preferred.
5. Experience operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment preferred.

Compensation varies based on experience, education, skills, location, and other factors. The expected base pay is between $22.23 and $25.00 per hour, with additional overtime, incentive pay based on productivity and quality, and shift differentials.
