Job Title: Warehouse Selector FLSA/Grade: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor Department: Warehouse

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Selector is responsible for selecting products before being loaded onto the truck for delivery by performing the following duties.

The position of Warehouse Selector is not exempt from the overtime provisions of the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act and shall be entitled to overtime compensation for hours worked more than 40 in any one work week.

The Warehouse Selector shall be accountable and supervised by the Warehouse Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Select product for shipment and stack on pallet neatly by using a pallet jack or forklift.
• Correctly label product so that label can be seen on the outside of the pallet.
• Use pick sheets to find items inside warehouse.
• Recognize each pallet by route number and batch number.
• Keep work area tidy by picking up scrap wood, paper, plastic wrappers, and broken pallets.
• Meet all daily and weekly performance requirements for productivity and errors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Pallet Jack experience required.
