Job summary

Capstone Logistics LLC in Gardena, CA is seeking a Warehouse Returns Processor to handle the intake and processing of returned items. This full-time role pays $21 per hour and requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

You will verify RMAs, perform quality checks, and prepare items for resale. Daily you’ll work with the warehouse team and use the WMS to document returns and restock stock while maintaining an efficient pace.

Warehouse Returns Processor

Pay: $21/hr

Job Site: Gardena, CA

Contract: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Process returns for a diverse range of product types.


• Verify the RMA matches the product returned.


• Quality inspect items to make sure they are in pristine condition for resale.


• Restoration tasks can include: cleaning, steaming, re-packaging and re-labeling.


• Maintain a high-efficiency pace to consistently meet or exceed the daily processing goal of 100+ items.


• Communicate with Account Managers to report damaged returns. This includes detailed documentation and uploading photos.


• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process the RMA and restock the item.

Qualifications

• Prior returns experience is required.


• Ability to walk and stand for the duration of shift.


• Capacity to lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.


• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the day.
