Job summary

NRI 3PL in Los Angeles is seeking a Returns Clerk to support the Returns team with warranty, quality control, repairs and returns duties. You will handle products for active lifestyle clients and ensure timely processing of returns.

Key tasks include data entry, client communication, and quality checks. Must meet attendance and performance standards, be at least 18, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Proficiency with Outlook and Excel is expected; training on WMS will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of experience in the Returns department.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel.
• Must notify Supervisor before applying to this role.
• Must be in good standing in your position (attendance, performance, no PIPs within last 3 months).
• Must have the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Ensures all returns are processed in a timely manner and as per client requirements.
• Input returns information into the system.
• Client communication via email and reporting.
• Quality control on returns and warranty claims.
• Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures.
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
• Performs other duties as requested.

The Following Schedule Is Available For This Role

1st Shift: Monday – Friday (5:00AM - 1:30PM)

$19.50 per hour

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Ability to learn basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)

The Must Haves
