Job summary

Meijer is seeking a warehouse team member to ensure product integrity and accurate inventory from receiving to store shipment. You will operate motorized pallet jacks and hi-lo equipment, palletize cases up to 75 lbs, and maintain quality, temperature, and sanitation standards throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include strict adherence to inventory controls and safety procedures while working in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or GED and basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure order and inventory accuracy using established processes.
• Transport product with motorized pallet jacks and stand up hi-lo equipment.
• Palletize cases weighing up to 75 lbs throughout the shift.
• Maintain quality and temperature standards during transfer and storage.
• Follow inventory control practices to meet company standards.
• Maintain sanitation standards.
• Demonstrate 200% safety accountability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsible for complete product integrity during its stay at the distribution center, from the receiving process, through movement and storage within the warehouse, to final store shipment. Ensures that all all products appropriately handled, using knowledge of quality and temperature standards.

Multiple Shifts Open:

• 5am-3:30pm
• 1pm-9:30pm
• 3:15pm-1:45am

What You'll be Doing:

• Ensures order & inventory accuracy via established processes.
• Use heavy industrial equipment including motorized pallet jacks and stand up hi-lo to transport product
• Continuously select and palletize cases of product weighing up to 75 lbs over the entirety of the shift
• Ensures quality and temperature standards for all products are maintained during a safe transfer and storage process.
• Follows established inventory control practices to ensure all Meijer standards are met.
• Ensures building sanitation standards are consistently maintained.
• Practices 200% safety accountability.
• Other duties as assigned.
