Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Memphis is looking for a Site Security Manager to lead contract security officers and ensure 24-hour protection for people and property at the warehouse location.

The role focuses on planning, directing security functions, coordinating with authorities, training staff, and maintaining loss-prevention programs and security systems. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred.
• Three to five years of security, loss prevention, law enforcement, and/or military experience, required.
• One to three years of supervisory experience in a security environment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of security personnel and the security vendor relationship.
• Develops and enforces security procedures and investigates incidents.
• Coordinates security for special functions and maintains budgets and reports.
• Ensures access control, CCTV and alarm systems are maintained and compliant.
• Liaises with local law enforcement and internal departments on safety and loss prevention.
