Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred.
• Three to five years of security, loss prevention, law enforcement, and/or military experience, required.
• One to three years of supervisory experience in a security environment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate and direct contract security employees.
• Schedule contract Security Officers to provide 24-hour protection.
• Advise and guide departments on security regulations and procedures.
• Develop emergency procedures, respond to incidents, and coordinate with local authorities.
• Administers site loss prevention program, including monitoring access and systems.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure protection from intruders, fire hazards, theft, and vandalism.
• Maintain liaison with local law enforcement and state agencies.
• Partner with Americas Security Team to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
