Job summary

Insight is seeking a Security Representative I to join our on-site team in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on loss prevention, access control, and investigations within a warehouse setting.

You will collaborate with security, operations, and HR to reduce shrinkage, manage badge systems, and support cross-shift coordination. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in asset protection or similar fields, with experience in video surveillance and access control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2+ years in asset protection or loss prevention, ideally in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Military/law enforcement experience preferred but not required.
• Hands-on experience with video surveillance, access control/badge systems, and alarms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, especially Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for incident reports and HR coordination.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills to review footage and data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review video surveillance to detect and investigate suspicious activity.
• Inspect teammates, visitors, and contractors at entry/exit, upholding safe workplace and inventory.
• Manage badge/access control systems, including creation, permissions, audits, and monitoring.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety walks of warehouse zones.
• Respond to theft or process breach incidents and coordinate with leadership/HR/law enforcement.
• Assist in training teammates on asset protection protocols and video review requests.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in investigations.
