Job summary

City Produce, a wholesale produce supplier serving foodservice accounts, seeks an Inside Sales Associate to handle incoming orders, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and follow up with customers to upsell featured products.

You will log calls, maintain records, and work with Excel and email tools while upholding our values of customer-obsession and reliability. Day shift, Mon–Fri, on site in Foley, AL with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common Email systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming orders for customers and answer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct follow-up calls to customers.
• Upsell featured products by recognizing opportunities.
• Maintain call logs and required records.
• Follow established procedures and safety standards.
