Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Sanitation, Warehouse Associate for a Sunday-Thursday, 5pm-12am shift in Morristown, TN. This part-time position focuses on maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment and supporting sanitation tasks.

You will work in cooler and freezer areas, operate a pallet jack as needed, and follow health and safety policies and training. A high school diploma is required and post-offer drug screening and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months general sanitation, cleaning and/or janitorial work experience.
• Must be able to work in the cooler (32 degrees) and freezer (0 degrees) sections of our warehouse.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Completes all work according to company health and safety policies and guidelines.
• Reports all unsafe conditions or unsafe acts immediately to ensure safety of all associates.
• Performs cleaning duties as assigned including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash pickup and related janitorial tasks.
• Handles all cleaning chemicals as directed in hazmat material sheets.
• Timely and accurate completion of all assigned safety training modules.
• May require operation of pallet jack to transport refuse/trash to appropriate receptacles.
• Completes all assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

This position is Sunday-Thursday, 5pm-12am. This is a part-time position.

Position Purpose

The Sanitation, Warehouse performs general janitorial, cleaning, and sanitation related job tasks in warehouse facility, including dry, cooler and freezer areas. May perform similar duties in office areas as assigned.
