Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of supervisory and leadership experience in distribution centers or janitorial/building maintenance.
• Experience managing budgets, labor planning and cost optimization.
• Ability to communicate with customers and employees effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational budget, labor planning and cost optimization.
• Direct supervision of janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensure training for all personnel and maintain safety priorities.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback and develop staff.
• Coordinate daily operations across 3 shifts and liaise with shift leads.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety programs.
