Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensure training for all personnel in respective roles.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and ensure staff safety and incident reporting.
• Coordinate daily operations with the team to resolve deficiencies promptly.
• Maintain coverage for all 3 shifts by coordinating with shift leads.
