Job summary

Martin Bros Distributing in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking a dependable Warehouse Sanitation worker to maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility. You will ensure compliance with ASI and HACCP standards and support daily warehouse operations during the 11:00 pm–7:00 am overnight shift.

Responsibilities include cleaning all areas, following schedules, handling cardboard recycling, and assisting with other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, sanitation, or custodial work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 8.5 hours per shift.
• Able to work in dry, produce/refrigerated, and freezer areas.
• Pass pre-employment screenings after offer.

Description

Martin Bros Distributing is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Sanitation employee to help maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards while supporting overall warehouse operations.

The sanitation employee is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and surrounding areas in accordance with sanitation procedures, ASI and HACCP regulations, and established cleaning schedules. This role may also assist with a variety of other warehouse operations as needed.

This position works Sunday - Thursday overnights from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am (end time may vary; overtime/holidays when required).

Key Responsibilities

• Upon offer, successfully pass all pre-employment screenings prior to start date.
