humano LLC is hiring for a Warehouse Sanitation / Janitorial Associate in the United States. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing the warehouse, equipment, and work areas in a safe and efficient manner under supervision and management guidance.

Shifts: 1st shift, 5:00am-3:30pm with two schedule options (Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday). Pay is $17.00 per hour, with DailyPay available and opportunities for career growth into operator, lead, or supervisor positions.

Qualifications

• Previous sanitation, janitorial, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays and overtime.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, docks, restrooms, break rooms, and work areas according to the sanitation schedule and SOP.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and surfaces using approved chemicals and tools.
• Safely handle, mix, and store cleaning chemicals according to labels and SDS.
• Remove trash, cardboard, and debris, and keep aisles and walkways clear.
• Use cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, hoses, brooms, and mops.
• Complete sanitation checklists and documentation, and report hazards or damaged equipment to the Supervisor.

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting directly to the Supervisor or Site Manager, the Sanitation Associate is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the warehouse, equipment, and work areas in a safe and efficient manner, at the direction of the Supervisor and/or Operations Management. The position helps maintain a clean, safe, and compliant facility by following sanitation procedures and safety guidelines.

Shift-1st shift, 5:00am-3:30pm. Two schedules available: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

Pay- $17.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, docks, restrooms, break rooms, and work areas according to the sanitation schedule and SOP

Clean and sanitize equipment and surfaces using approved chemicals and tools

Safely handle, mix, and store cleaning chemicals according to labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)

Remove trash, cardboard, and debris, and keep aisles and walkways clear

Use cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, hoses, brooms, and mops

Complete sanitation checklists and documentation, and report hazards, spills, or damaged equipment to the Supervisor

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous sanitation, janitorial, or warehouse experience preferred

Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work

The ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – continuously lifting and moving up to 50lbs

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays AND work overtime, without advanced notice

Required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Reliable transportation to and from work

Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instructions
