Job summary

US1152 Buckhead Meat of Denver, Inc. is seeking a custodial associate to perform general cleaning and sanitation across the warehouse under supervision. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and meeting daily productivity goals.

You will dust, sweep, mop, sanitize restrooms, and support recycling programs, with occasional use of forklifts/pallet jacks and adherence to OSHA and HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year warehouse related experience and/or training.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Read and write simple correspondence, speak effectively with co-workers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties throughout the facility including dusting, sweeping, washing, scrubbing, and mopping.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and dispose of warehouse trash daily; clean spills.
• Clean coolers, dry warehouse, aisles, and mezzanine areas; scrub floor surfaces.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely; inspect equipment daily.
• Complete daily sanitation log and support recycling and stretch wrap programs.
• Keep restrooms clean and stocked; enforce safety and cleanliness standards.
• Report any unsafe conditions to supervisor and maintain neat work areas.
